What is this?

Climate emergency is a context in which, due to human pressures, the global climate is destabilizing rapidly, resulting in far-reaching and potentially catastrophic impacts. It is characterized by emerging challenges such as extreme weather, sea-level rise, food insecurity, water scarcity and displacement from affected areas.
